The firm was built from more than a decade of hands-on experience in HR, operations, people management and organizational work across multiple industries.
You are not paying for a newly learned theory. You are engaging experience that has been applied inside real organizations.
How long does it take to see results?
Every organization is different.
The timeline depends on the size of the organization, the complexity of the problems, how quickly decisions can be made and how consistently new systems are implemented.
The consultation helps us understand where you are starting from and what the engagement needs to accomplish.
What happens when our engagement ends?
You keep the systems, frameworks, processes and training developed during the engagement.
The goal is to strengthen your organization, not make it permanently dependent on Coreculture.
Where appropriate, we may recommend a follow-up review after the engagement to assess how things are holding up.
Does Coreculture work outside Nigeria?
Coreculture primarily works with organizations in Nigeria, particularly within the hospitality and real estate sectors.
For organizations outside Nigeria, engagement will depend on the nature and scope of the work.
Do I need to book a consultation before hiring Coreculture?
Yes. Every Coreculture engagement begins with a paid ₦50,000 consultation.
The consultation fee is paid upfront and is non-negotiable.

The consultation fee is ₦50,000, paid upfront before your session is booked.
It covers a focused working session where we look at what is happening inside your organization, understand the problem you are trying to solve, and agree the right next step — whether that is a Coreculture service, more time to think, or a different service altogether.
